Stratford, ON – Avonova, Stratford’s technology association, is announcing
its programming for the first half of 2013. The content ranges from the
manufacturing revolution, to accelerating brainchildren, to cortex-crimping
physics, to digital art forms.
NOTE TO MEMBERS: The January meeting scheduled for Tue. Jan. 8th has
been deferred to February. The normal first-Tuesday-of-the-month pattern
resumes with the February 5th meeting.
Here is the lineup for February through June 2013:
Tue. February 5th – Arts + Technology: We re-visit the convergence of art
media, new and traditional, with the various opportunities and
temptations offered by digital technologies.
Tue. March 5th – MDEI Highlights: The University of Waterloo Stratford
Campus kindly hosts again, this time as Master of Digital Experience
Innovation students share their projects and experiences in this

Location, Location, Location
Avonova’s default location is the President’s Lounge at the Stratford Country
Club, but we are also experimenting with more topic-relevant locations, such
